Higher education alumni relations professional from around the globe collaborated to build the survey instrument to help insure the results addressed the most pressing issues of the day. It was conducted during the period of November 1-30, 2015, with over 450 alumni professionals and institutions participating in the study.
The study was conducted and funded by Access Development on behalf of Alumni Access and their clients, and is being made freely available to all institutions of higher education. The aim is to help improve the skills and knowledge base of those working in alumni relations, and provide a framework for ongoing rigorous research within this industry.
